Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through various channels to generate leads and drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage accounts effectively, maintaining relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities for upselling.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for territory management and tracking customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or HVAC Sales environments.
- Strong lead generation skills with a track record of successful account management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively manage territory and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to upselling and identifying customer needs.

Pay: $92,263.00 - $126,331.00 per year
