HVAC & Commercial Refrigeration solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. As a technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of refrigeration systems for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance: Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC/R equipment, including HVAC, walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases and other refrigerated equipment.
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems efficiently.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and local regulations while working on HVAC/R systems.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, address their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC/R service.
Certifications: EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal).
Skills:
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
Familiarity with various HVAC/R system applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions.
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
