Applicants need to have exceptional technical skills, high-quality installation standards, and be excellent teachers to junior technicians. They need superior problem-solving and organizational skill and above all, they must have great communication with customers and management. Lead installers report directly to the Division Manager/Sales Team.

We are looking for 5 years or more experience in HVAC Installation that has the tools of the trade required for the position. Plenty of overtime available must be able to run on-call service, Full Insurance benefits, 401K retirement plans, vacation pay, 6 paid holidays, double time for holiday pay after 90 days. Company vehicle for home dispatch provided for qualified applicants.
