The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team.
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects assigned to them to ensure they are on schedule and on budget while maintaining safety and quality.

Job Description & Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains a safe work environment
- Ensures standard industry regulations and manufactures recommendations are adhered to.
- Ensure the upmost quality of work is being performed.
- Keep close track of each project/job and move crews around as necessary to complete projects.
- Coordinate with PM/Estimators and clients to develop specific project schedules.
- Ensure all equipment and material is ordered for each project and track the shipments.
- Manage the projects to ensure they are on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and schedule vendors and Sub-Contractors through out the projects.
- Manage and lead a construction crews efficiently with clear and precise instructions/direction.
- Review invoices and CC receipts to ensure accuracy
- Review time sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Fill out all forms and reports related to the project (testing, warranty, installation, etc).
- Document progress each day with pictures and ensure Foreman are submitting daily logs.
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for the field crews.
- Build a good working relationship with field crews, vendors & sub-contractors.
- Train, educate and motivate the field crews.
- Conduct evaluations for field employees.
- Work alongside the crews when required to keep the projects on schedule.
- Lead by example.
Requirements and Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass the pre-employment process.
- MDE Tank Technician License.
- Ability to pass security background checks for Federal Facilities.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Min 8 years experience in the industry.
- Ability to multi-task and be organized.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Efficient on computers and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to work outside in all standard weather conditions related to this location.
- Ability to occasionally work out of town and extended work shifts.
