Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking 3D Asphalt Paving Survey Helper for our North Texas construction projects. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.
The 3D Asphalt Paving Survey Helper will report to the Survey Party Chief, the survey helper completes many tasks to include loading and unloading survey equipment, setting up equipment, checking grades, paving layout, maintenance of equipment ETC.
Responsibilities
- Work hours adjusted to meet the project’s needs; days, nights and weekends
- Able to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures
- Participation as a vital team member, contributing towards Austin’s success
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines
- Attend daily safety meetings
- Maintaining and Transportation of survey equipment
- Equipment set up
- Grade checking
- Paving layout
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Keep Daily Documentation
- Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety
- Diligent in demonstrating safe work practices.
- Must be familiar with securing heavy and/ or oversized loads
