The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Service Department's operations, including personnel management, project execution, profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong project management abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Service Department contract administration and execution.
- Plan, organize, and direct project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Monitor field installation processes to maintain quality standards and meet project requirements.
- Provide guidance and coaching to staff and field personnel to enhance performance and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
- Represent the company on various committees and participate in trade-related activities and events.
- Comfortable interacting with Direct Customers, Owners, Owner Representatives, Contractors and Vendors.
- Cultivating new business relationships, opportunities, and maintaining existing relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Electrical Experience required
- Proven experience in service management or related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management abilities with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
