Job Summary
Looking for a Licensed Electrician to help us with residential service calls on single family rental homes (primarily). Most days consist of completing approximately 1-6 repair work orders depending on the job size. Before and after photos are required on each job as well as frequent communication with the operations team through each work day.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Electrician.
- Experience as a Licensed Electrician.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems is a plus.
- Proficient in using power tools and testing equipment such as ohmmeters.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in residential homes
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Work on low and high voltage systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute electrical installations.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of electrical systems.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
