Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained
- Managing and organizing maintenance companies/vendors to keep the commercial properties safe, clean, and operational
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Handle lease agreements, including negotiating terms and renewals
- Collect rent payments and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to property management activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Review and approve Accounts Payable for commercial properties
- Coordinate and oversee all tenant and building construction work to ensure timely and accurate completion of all construction work at commercial property.
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial property management or related field preferred
- Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and file management
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
