Full Job Description:
Finance/Accounting position available for individual to implement and oversee Budgets for Construction projects and housing properties using Yardi software. Be the point person for carryover Allocations and Cost-Certifications and interact with outside accountants on annual audits.
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial statements, forecast and budget data. Prepare other financial reports or analyses, as required.
Development Accounting: Compiling andImputing budgets, imputing and tracking Construction interest
Property Financials: Oversee the drafting of annual property budgets with Director of Management, Oversee financial component of monthly & quarterly reporting and monthly review of properties variance reports with Director of Management
Commercial: Lease data input and reporting
Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
· Excel. Word, Accounting software experience (Yardi Preferred)
· Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple concurrent
workstreams and responsibilities
· Must have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, team player and be results oriented
