ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To best meet the needs of our Organization and Customers, the ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Attend job turnovers with sales and engineering teams.
- Review overall project schedule and generate controls project schedule.
- Review estimated project labor and installation; schedule and generate manpower utilization schedule for each project.
- Review specifications or job details for installation rules and requirements.
- Maintain overall manpower utilization schedule for all active projects.
- Coordinate manpower needs with Project Managers and maintain EL/MES labor levels to meet project needs.
- Report percentage complete vs. estimate to Project Managers for each project at 25%, 50%, 75%.
- Report deviations from estimate and corrective actions or estimation revisions to Project Managers and sales team.
- Coordinate tool needs for projects.
- Attend job meetings as required.
- Ensure field as-built drawing markups are correct and returned to office for documentation.
- Ensure all installation tools and materials are accounted for and moved between jobs or returned to the office warehouse.
- Inspect installation completeness and quality.
- Assist with installation as required.
- New Electrician Training
- Installation and wiring standards
- Understanding controls drawings
- Check automation system installation and develop deficiencies list and complete tasks to finalize project.
- Follow all safety requirements.
- Communicate all installation tasks with the project team.
- Maintain customer relations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Must possess a working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A degree in a related technical field is preferred. Comparable work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience managing manpower across multiple projects is required.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Excellent Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, OneNote and Excel)
- Working knowledge of Automated Logic and other building automation systems is preferred.
