Job Summary:
Shambaugh is looking for a Warehouse Lead, responsible for coordinating construction materials, equipment, and warehouse personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order, stage, and coordinate material, tool, and equipment requests from sales / office personnel and field personnel.
- Coordinate & assist with loading and deliveries to project sites
- Schedule, deploy, and follow up on material orders, directing driving and handling personnel.
- Maintain inventory of the shop, tracking and initiating the need for repair on vehicles, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Maintain the reports and documentation needed for an organized shop (SDS, Safety Book, FE, FWOs, FED papers)
- Professionally communicate and meet with field staff, office staff, and vendors regularly.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Accountable Work Ethic.
- Experience with Outlook/Excel/Word/PDF.
- Basic computer knowledge and organizational skills.
- Drivers License with good driving record.
- Regional travel required. Vehicle will be provided.
- Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
