Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain all company business and master electrician licenses. Ensure they are kept current
- Manage travel itineraries for the CEO/President, CFO, and other direct reports
- Maintain executive’s calendar, plan and schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and vacations
- Maintain and organize filing systems (CEO monthly financial updates)
- Responsible for organizing company functions, meetings, and events to include location, menu and negotiating all fees for such events. (Foreman’s Mtg, Christmas Party, Holiday Lunch, etc.)
- Responsible for budget tracking for events
- Assist Master Electrician with special requirements for permit process as needed
- Handle correspondences, mail, and memos for CEO/President
- Coordinate the registration of NECA events and trainings
- Maintain office supplies, furniture, and equipment for CEO and CFO
- Approve all required invoices
- Create CEO Expense reports in Vista, including approval with ECS
- Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information
- Responsible for purchasing and disbursing all sporting event tickets
- Maintains records of publication, subscription, and memberships (i.e. NECA, Washington Building Journal)
- Partner with the office manager on office supply inventory
- Ordering company apparel to include T-shirts, jackets, and other clothing with logos for office and field staff
- Prepare monthly agenda for the manager’s meeting
- Attend the manager’s meeting monthly
- Maintain employee service award process
- Support executive leadership in customer and personnel gifts
- Partner with Office Manager to ensure working area is professional
- Maintain notary status

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or standing on a stool as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 30 pounds.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000
