Overview
POSITION PURPOSE: The AP Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of invoices for rent and utilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures accurate processing of incoming invoices to correct account and cost center
- Ensures accurate monthly rent invoices and in some cases adjustments
- Maintains an updated utility spreadsheet listing and account log in information
- Communicates effectively and professionally with vendors and internal customers
- Audit expense reports for employee reimbursements
- Collects and distributes office mail
Pay Range: $16.60 - $26.13
Qualifications:
- Minimum of AS Degree
- 3 years or more of related work experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – verbally and written
- Work with minimal supervision
- Team oriented

Jan. 1 after year hired - 56 hours
Jan. 1 after 1st anniversary - 96 hours
Jan. 1 after 3rd anniversary - 96 hours (40 hours prorated based on hire date)
Jan. 1 after 5th anniversary - 136 hours (40 hours prorated based on hire date)
