Our human resources team supports a range of professional and field employees from project management to electricians to manufacturing operators to business development and various office professionals. We work in many of the States and continue to find new opportunities to expand.
This role is perfect for the HR professional that enjoys a wide variety of tasks including managing the employee life cycle processes, helping employees, partnering with leaders, optimizing HR systems and analytics, or supporting new hire onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Guide managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Implement and support HR initiatives including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, policies, training and compliance
- Maintain data accuracy within the HR systems to identify trends and patterns that help build our business.
- Facilitate new employee orientation, leader refresher courses and HR systems trainings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressing experience in a HR Generalist role
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS, UKG Pro a plus and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn the backend of a HRIS to improve processes.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-starter and result driven
