Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our dynamic team. As a Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent across the organization. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure we are hiring the best candidates for our company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Review resumes and employment applications
- Craft and send recruitment emails.
- Interact with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Create talent pipelines for current and future hires.
- Create and update job descriptions and job postings as needed.
- Organize Zoom and phone interviews.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Hiring Managers to determine position requirements.
- Network and build relationships with candidates at all levels.
- Partner with HR counterparts on departmental projects.
- Enhance candidate engagement throughout recruitment process.
- Manage the company’s candidate database with a high level accuracy.
- Attend career fairs as needed to recruit candidates and increase company brand recognition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is desired.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Sourcer.
- Experience with online recruiting techniques.
- Experience sourcing engineering skill sets
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Highly motivated to work independently and productively.
Pay Range: $40K - $50K
