Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and indoor air quality needs
- Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our Expedited Protection Plan
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow-up with previous appointments to offer any additional information as needed
- Skillfully overcome objections of customers
- Utilize service software to ensure effective communication through all phases of the service cycle
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Participate in various team meetings, conference calls, etc.
- Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
Skills & Qualifications
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent required
Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school): Preferred
Requirements
- Prior experience generating revenue required
- Previous HVAC experience a plus
- Pre employment Drug, Background, and motor vehicle check

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
