Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for an array of administrative support work at Commonwealth. Assignments include lease maintenance, scheduling meetings, restocking inventory, supporting visitors, and filing.
Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Plan assigned Corporate office events such as Creating Connections, Community Outreach, New Hire Welcome Lunches, Birthday Celebrations, events, etc. This includes but is not limited to ordering lunches, and reserving meeting spaces
- Assist Culture Committee with event details as assigned and needed
- Schedule Wellness events, webinars, and activities as assigned
- Maintain office logistics including, but not limited to restock supply closet, purchasing paper goods, cleaning up conference rooms after events, making ice, and watering plants
- Maintain office supplies by completing routine inventory checks, supply orders, and all-around office restock
- Coordinate and communicate Corporate Office building repairs with vendors (i.e. cleaning, HVAC, etc.)
- Review Kace information technology (IT) Trouble Tickets and follow up with IT Team members on status when necessary
- Validate IT equipment orders have been delivered and received at appropriate company locations
- Stamp mail daily and send UPS/Fed Ex packages as needed
- File and scan terminated personnel records for Corporate payroll
- Assist in shared services with administrative and office needs
- Present a proper physical appearance, attitude, and communication to ensure a professional setting

- All other duties as assigned and required
Required Qualifications:
- Exhibit an energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to work on a team and build working relationships within all levels of the organization
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent record keeping and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience preferred
