Gulf Coast Heating & A/C has been proudly serving Pinellas County since 2010, and we’re ready to expand our team! We’re looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician who is eager to grow with the company and advance into a Service Manager role.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems for residential and light commercial customers.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak system performance and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and providing expert solutions.
- Complete service reports and capture system details in company software.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.
- Valid EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus!).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including participating in on-call rotations.
- A desire to grow into a Service Manager role with leadership responsibilities.
