Shermco US is seeking a Field Service Technician.
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the datacenters and substations. The ideal candidate should have experience in commissioning and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients in the datacenters and substations
- Perform commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or related field
- Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of datacenters and substations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
