Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to support our manufacturing facility's equipment and systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, including panels, conduits, fixtures, and wiring.
- Troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Performing preventive maintenance and repair on machinery and power units.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing conveyor systems and other facility equipment.
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics to resolve complex issues.
- Collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong Electrical Knowledge: Expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems is essential.
- Proven experience with:
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Electric and hydraulic motors.
- Chain and roller conveyor systems.
- Limit switches, photo eyes, and proximity switches.
- Pneumatic and hydraulic expertise.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Forklift maintenance experience is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities () are a significant advantage.
