Vernon Heating & Air Conditioning located in Loudoun County seeks junior and senior level Residential Service Technicians and Installers. To be selected for our team, you must be ambitious, personable, have confidence in yourself, and share our desire to rapidly expand your technical and customer experience skills. You will train weekly to acquire professional skills that when applied will send your career and compensation into orbit! We have a long, proven track record of developing some of the most successful techs in the market! We prefer that you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the HVAC field or Sales Field, but we will also train you. Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues related to refrigeration and air conditioning.
Collaborate with construction teams to design and implement HVAC systems.
Utilize schematics and mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions.
Maintain accurate records of service calls and sales activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
