Reid’s Tannery Promotional Products, a division of H&K Group, Inc., is looking for part-time help in the production area to join our team and assist in all aspects of the job. The ideal candidate is experienced, accurate, detail oriented, friendly, and professional. A resume is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Read work orders
- Count and prepare orders for production, includes possible unpacking of products out of their plastic boxes
- Reclaiming screens
- Coating, imaging and screen maintenance including taping screens
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and can stand on your feet a majority of the day
- Must be detail oriented, self motivated and a team player
- Heat press operation
- Filing film
- Catching for the screen printers if needed
- Additional miscellaneous duties assisting the staff in the retail store, pulling and packing requested promotions for events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- Experience with industrial Tajima 4-head machine or similar
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet customer deadlines
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution
- Experience with manual and/or automated screen-printing processes and equipment
- Resume with application is strongly preferred

- Regularly reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, climb, or balance
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work Environment
- Frequently exposed to:
- Moving parts
- Fumes or airborne particles
- Toxic or caustic chemicals
- Wet and/or humid conditions
- Noise level is occasionally loud
