*Job Overview*
As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential buildings.
*Responsibilities*
- Designing, installing, and repairing HVAC systems
- Conducting regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC units when malfunctions occur
- Reading and interpreting schematics to guide work
- Utilizing mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and make necessary repairs
- Performing tasks related to plumbing, welding, and appliance repair as needed
*Experience*
- Prior experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Ability to build and weld components is beneficial
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and mechanics is required
- Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics for HVAC systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
