Installer can be an individual with or without a reliable experienced helper or a subcontractor with a reliable crew and references. Our installers will get additional training at our expense and will be required to do exceptional work, stay safe, be quick but detailed, and responsible for each job or task given. Candidate must have a clean driving record, pass a background check, must be clean and presentable, and have most necessary tools required to conduct installations. Some tools will be available through the company. Bonus pay is based on per piece of equipment, but can also be based on hourly/salary with bonuses based on quality and quantity of work. Candidate must be familiar with top of the line equipment. Preferably Carrier, Trane, American Standard, Amana, and some Daikin. High-end training on high end equipment will be given.
