Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated Fitters to join our team in Tempe, AZ. As a Fitter, you will play a key role in assembling, fabricating, and installing piping systems and other industrial components.

Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
Cut, fit, and assemble piping systems and other industrial components to precise specifications.
Inspect and test installed systems to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with welders and other team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during the fitting process.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Fitter in an industrial setting (minimum of 2 years preferred).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and fabrication techniques.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments with precision.
Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in pipe fitting or a related field.
Experience in industrial environments such as power plants, refineries, or manufacturing facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
