What You’ll Do as a Master Electrician :

Perform and oversee electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial foundation/crawl space projects.
Pull permits efficiently in various counties and ensure compliance with all local electrical regulations.
Be the expert in electrical codes, ensuring every project meets the highest safety and quality standards.
Mentor and lead as we expand the department, helping to train and develop future electricians.
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to integrate electrical work seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Master Electrician in Tennessee (or the ability to transfer your license).
5+ years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial electrical work.
Strong permit knowledge – Must be proficient in obtaining work permits from various counties and navigating local regulations.
Leadership mindset – A desire to grow into a management role and build a team.
Expertise in electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting.
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.

Location & Schedule:

Joelton, TN – Serving Area Middle Tennessee
Full-time position Mon-Fry 40 hours a week.
